Be advised that late fees will accrue daily when rent isn't paid in full on or before the due date. For proper credit, BE SURE to include your current address, your name, and your phone number on the payment. For your convenience, we have a 24-hour drop slot located on the West Side of our building at the bottom of the handicap ramp. Just a reminder that our office DOES NOT ACCEPT CASH FOR RENTAL PAYMENTS! Per your lease agreement, units with three or more residents must remit rent in the form of one check or money order.
