With the cold weather here, not many of you will be grilling outdoors, but this goes out to all those hard-core burners, broilers and bar-b-que blazers! Please remember to allow the grill coals to cool COMPLETELY before tossing them into the dumpster. If you fail to do so, you are likely to start a fire that otherwise could have been prevented.
