Residents are barely getting settled before our office begins receiving requests for fall rental guides for the following year. We know it sounds hard to believe, but rental season is almost upon us! A time when our residents must make a housing decision for the upcoming fall. The staff at Buckeye Real Estate wants to inform all of our residents of the easiest, most hassle-free way to secure fall housing. Renew your lease agreement!

Any apartment that has not been renewed by January 18th will be put on the market for fall rental.
If you are interested in upgrading your current apartment, please stop by our office and pick up a fall property guide, our friendly rental staff will be happy to answer any questions. Rental season has worked a little differently every year. Perhaps you remember what it was like last year when you were getting ready to search for an apartment or house. Although our office will not actually begin showing any of our units until January 18th, many housing searchers will be going door to door in order to get their perfect apartment early. Once a unit is rented, it is removed from the listings and we discontinue showing it. If you have any questions regarding your housing options, please do not hesitate to contact our rental staff!
