Happy New Year!

With the holiday season at an end, it's time to take down those decorations and lights off your balconies. Remember, we work with several local organizations to help maintain a tasteful appearance and clean and safe environment in the OSU campus area. We expect that you as residents to help promote the Chestnut Hill Apartments as a model for the rest of the community. Last year went pretty well, but this year hasn't gotten off to that great of a start. Please do your part in help keeping the common areas of your buildings clean and get your trash into those dumpsters! It is obvious that a more stringent littering policy is needed. Starting today all areas of Chestnut Hills will be even more closely monitored and sections of the complex that choose to litter will be held accountable. So if you see someone damaging property or throwing trash in common areas, report it immediately or you may be sharing the bill for clean-up! All in all, a majority of our residents do their part to make this a great place to live. So let's work together to keep Chestnut Hill Apartments THE place to be!
