Important Notice

To All Residents:

As you may be aware, Columbus is experiencing a more severe December than normal. We, at Buckeye Real Estate, want to take the chance to remind you not to turn your heat below 60 degrees. This is standard protocol to safeguard against water pipes freezing and bursting.

If a pipe did freeze and burst due to the negligence of the resident it would be their responsibility to pay for all damages.

We are offering a courtesy check to any residents that would like us to walk through their home and check for busrt pipes and guarantee that the heat is on and in working order.

Please email our maintenance coordinator, James Lentz, with your contact information and address for us to schedule the walk through if you so choose.

Please forward this information to all roommates.
